Fostering a Just Culture Atmosphere

A just culture is one wherein there is workplace accountability at all levels of the organization. Our Code of Conduct is designed to provide guidance on our internal principles and on external requirements that we must adhere to in our roles as employees.

We have an open-door policy. If you have a problem or complaint, or if you are simply looking for advice, you can approach any level of management where you feel the problem can be solved, up to and including our Chief Executive Officer. To raise a concern or to report misconduct is expected, accepted and protected behavior - not the exception.

Although you are encouraged to identify yourself to assist the Company in effectively addressing your concern, you may choose to remain anonymous when reporting through our Hotline. Our confidential Hotline is hosted by a third-party vendor, EthicsPoint. For additional information regarding EthicsPoint and reporting violations, please review the FAQs.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
